Las Vegas, Nev. (March 1, 2010) – On the top of their game for the first half of the NASCAR Nationwide Series Sam’s Town 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Michael Annett and Germain Racing’s No. 15 Pilot Travel Centers team had an unfortunate turn of events and were forced to end the race early.

Annett Trades in Hockey Skates for Steering Wheels Contact: Mark Aumann, NASCAR

LAS VEGAS -- You can't fault Michael Annett for watching the events of the last few weeks at the Vancouver Winter Olympics with more than a passing interest. He certainly knows first-hand what it's like to lace up the skates and drop the puck.

Annett is 12th in the current Nationwide Series points heading into Saturday's Sam's Town 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but before his racing career took off, he won a minor-league hockey championship as a defenseman with the Waterloo Black Hawks of the United States Hockey League.

Fontana, CA. (February 22, 2010) – Michael Annett and Germain Racing’s No. 15 Pilot Travel Centers team leave the second NASCAR Nationwide Series race of the 2010 season holding steady to 12th in championship point standings, just 17 points away from the top-10.

The No. 15 team finished 17th in Saturday’s Nationwide Series Stater Bros. 300 at Auto Club Speedway following a 12th place finish in the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

(February 16, 2010) –  Nationwide Series driver Michael Annett is enthusiastic about returning to “The Golden State” in his No. 15 Pilot Travel Centers Toyota Camry for Saturday’s Stater Bros. 300 at Auto Club Speedway. After earning a top-10 finish there in October’s Nationwide Series race, Annett aims for another good finish this weekend. His sixth place finish at Auto Club Speedway in October 2009 scored him awards for Raybestos Rookie of the Race, Mobil 1 Performance Driver of the Race and Featherlite Most Improved Driver of the Race.
